Kyle Pearce graduated from CUNY Hunter with a BA in English literature in 2010, and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University Law School in 2014. While attending St. John’s Law, Kyle served as the president for the St. John’s branch of the Student Representation Project, a city-wide, student run organization which provided representation to students in the New York City public schools facing suspension. Kyle also worked for the New York Legal Assistance Group where he handled cases for NYC residents facing the loss of their HRA benefits in administrative fair hearings.
After graduating from Law School Kyle worked in personal injury and immigration law before joining Sanders, Viener, Grossman LLP as an associate. Kyle Work primarily focuses on Mass Torts, specifically in the area of defective pharmaceutical drugs and devices. Kyle was admitted to practice law in the state of New York in 2015, and is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
