The Family Center for Autism

Life’s WORC is a private, 501(c) (3) organization that uses a unique model to support special needs families. At their Family Center for Autism, Long Island and Queens families can receive a lifetime of family centric support services. The charity provides supportive homes for more than 221 individuals and comprehensive services to more than 1,200 individuals and families. Their many contributions to the special needs community include home supports, behavioral interventions, social recreation programs, skills development initiatives, and vocational training opportunities.

Additionally, individuals with autism who need Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions can take advantage of the collaborative school linkage programs through the Family Center for Autism.

Above all, the Family Center for Autism provides hope to families who are struggling with the challenges associated with special needs. The Sanders Firm is proud to be associated with the Michael W. McCarthy Foundation and the important work it is doing to support the community. The Sanders Firm hopes to see you at Plandome Country Club in October!
