So at Sanders, we try to have a team approach to handling our cases from the claims process to the litigation process to the trial process. Just yesterday, we had an all attorney meeting where we each brought in 10 of our cases and we collaborated on how we’re going to go forward with it. It’s very important to have a team approach and not to just be an individual. Just because I haven’t handled a certain type of case and I might not know what doctor, what injury, what anything about the case, there’s probably someone in our staff on our attorney staff who understands the problem I’m dealing with. So, we try to have a collaborative way to handle all of our cases. And I think that this increases the value of our cases because something I might not see, someone else can see and give me some ideas on my own file. So, it’s very important. We work as a team. We work as a family here at Sanders. Same with our pre-litigation team and you know, we have a bunch of paralegals who work collectively on cases. This ensures that if you’re one paralegal who’s handling your cases out, there is a team backing them up. So, if you call and you want to speak to them, you can speak to anyone on that team who’ll be able to help you out with your question.
