He has over 30 years of civil litigation experience, able to handle cases from inception through and including trial in New York, both in State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Novins has a strong work ethic, dedication and legal experience having previously been a managing attorney and a trial attorney on both the plaintiff’s side and the defendant’s side, serving as the House Counsel for a New York insurance company for livery vehicles, makes him extremely well qualified to properly assess and handle even the most complicated personal injury cases.

He has expertise in conducting depositions, having conducted well over 2500 complicated depositions in his career. Mr. Novins has successfully handled numerous trials, motions, arbitrations, mediations hearings, and settlement conferences. He has also argued appeals in both the First and Second Departments, as well as the United States Second circuit Court of Appeals.

In Mr. Novins free time, he enjoys spending it with his 3 children and 2 grandchildren. He is an avid chess player and enjoys both playing and watching sports, hiking and going to the gym. He also enjoys listening to music, drawing, reading, watching movies and shows, as well as going to museums.
