Robert Mosier

Robert Mosier is the managing attorney of Sanders Viener Grossman, LLP’s California office. Prior to that appointment, Mr. Mosier spent many years representing injured patients in medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, medical device and negligence lawsuits throughout California and Arizona. A trial lawyer today, Mr. Mosier devotes his practice to representing clients injured by big pharma and medical device companies. He specializes in handling a select group of cases preparing for trial as well as general litigation discovery.

Mr. Mosier holds numerous leadership positions in nationally coordinated lawsuits against the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, including his appointment as Lead Counsel in the Risperdal and Invega Product Liability Cases, Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Incretin Mimetics Product Liability Litigation, Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Zoloft Birth Defects Cases and Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the Infusion Pain Pump litigation.  Mr. Mosier is a nationally recognized speaker at legal conventions involving mass tort litigation and has held an AV Preeminent Attorney rating from Martindale Hubble since 2002.  He is a National Trial Lawyers – Top 100 Attorney, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an Arizona Top Rated Attorney – Top Trial Lawyers in America, and is a member of the American Association for Justice – Leaders Forum.

Victoria Maniatis

Victoria Maniatis serves as a senior associate on mass tort cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She specializes in preparing a select group of claimant cases for trial as well as handling general discovery issues in several litigations.  She has been a frequent invited lecturer and moderator on various pharmaceutical cases and has written articles on pharmaceuticals and vaccines.

Ms. Maniatis has been appointed by state and federal judges to serve as lead counsel and on Plaintiffs’ steering committees.  She currently serves as lead counsel in the New Jersey Propecia Multi County Litigation and has been appointed to serve on the Federal Plaintiffs’ Steering  Committees for Fosamax Femur  as well as  Transvaginal Mesh in the Bard, Boston Scientific, American Medical Systems and Ethicon cases.

Ms. Maniatis was recognized in 2013 and 2014 as a Top Attorney of the New York Metro Area as well as a Top Women Attorney in the New York Metro area. She is an active participant in the American Association for Justice (AAJ), New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) and has been active with the  New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA).   Ms. Maniatis serves as one of the founding members of the Mass Tort Med School annual  medical seminar for Plaintiffs attorneys and is a committee co-chair for the Women En Masse mass tort  group.

Vince Carnevale

Vince Carnevale joins the firm after working for more than 10 years as the lead ESI  project manager for some of the largest pharmaceutical mass tort and class action litigations in the country.  Throughout his career, Mr. Carnevale  has emerged as a key player in these actions, and is a trusted expert in ESI document production protocols. He also has significant experience in the areas of Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Securities and Employment Law.
