How Long Does a Nursing Home Abuse Case Take to Resolve?

Nursing home cases depending on jurisdiction very very important in Nassau and Suffolk County we should be able to get through a case in 2 to 3 years from the minute you walk in the door till resolution. Some of the nursing home cases, some of these nursing homes are so prone to exposure in liability that after some modest discovery, we get a call from the attorneys, you know, do you have a demand of us, maybe we can resolve the case?
