When I started, all charts were paper and it was always amazing how portions of charts disappeared when we got to trial along the way. Today, since all records are digital, it is harder for them to quote unquote doctor or fix, but it does happen. And I have seen occasions where it has happened. We have some truly skilled people here at the firm. They understand metadata and all the things behind what goes into record keeping. And we could find when the imprint in a chart has been altered or changed or a note has been added later on and backdated. All those things are discoverable today.
