My name is Matthew Shooshtary. I’m an attorney with the Sanders Law Firm. I went to undergrad at Baruch College, where I was a public affairs major. In essence, I learned how to operate and run nonprofits, so on and so forth.
From there, I decided to go to Hofstra Law. And after graduating Hofstra, I took a job with Milberg, one of the country’s top class action personal injury law firms.
From there, I developed my liking for medical malpractice and nursing home cases and complex litigation in general, to which I then joined the Sanders Firm.
One of the case results I’m especially proud of, we received substantial compensation for an infant who had been hurt as a result of a negligent delivery. There were many flags that affected this delivery that the doctors didn’t appreciate, and she sustained a Erb’s palsy.
As a result of our efforts, she will now have funding to take care of herself and those around her when she gets older so that she doesn’t have to worry as much about finances and being able to enter the workforce with a disability.
At the Sanders Firm, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with top-of-the-line care so that you feel comfortable pursuing an action with us.
We provide as many resources as necessary to make your claim as viable as possible and so we can receive as much compensation as possible for you and your family.
