What is Client Communication Like at The Sanders Law Firm?

Video Transcript

One of the things I always say are the most important parts of representing somebody in a case: two things. One is preparation, and the second is communication.

There is nothing more important than communication. Anybody who’s injured and retains my firm, it is a life-changing event for them. It is everything to them, and they want to know that somebody is fighting for them and helping them. The only way I can assure my client of that is by communicating.

They want to know what their case is up to. They want to know that I know what they’re going through, that I have their medical records, that I’m aware of their suffering, that I’m aware they’re out of work, that they may need an injection, that they may need surgery, that they’re going to the doctor three times a week, or that their car was damaged and they’re without a car.

It’s a lot. It’s a life-changing event when somebody’s injured in an accident. If they don’t speak to me, if they don’t speak to their attorneys, then how could somebody possibly believe that they’re being represented properly and that somebody has their best interests at heart?

Nothing is more important than communicating. My clients can reach me via email. My clients can reach me via phone. I make sure every client I have can text me on my cell phone at any time.

It’s the least I can do. If somebody is giving my firm their confidence and retaining us to represent them, the least I can do is be available to them.

There’s no small case. Everybody who’s injured in an accident, this is a major event for them. We have to make sure they know that we take that very seriously, and they should never be unable to reach us.

If I’m not available, I have a team of people who work with me. I have many partners. We are always available.

So, I stress that nothing is more important than that. I assure my clients from day one that they’ll have that communication. And I never lie. I’m very proud to say that when a case is over, they’re never disappointed.
