I think what you need to know is that whoever is going to represent you and your family has a team experienced in doing this type of work. It is very particular. It is also very important in the court system. Does the firm you choose have the reputation? We absolutely do. I know that, and I pride myself on that. Our adversaries know that we will litigate the case fairly. We do it as ladies and gentlemen. That’s what’s appropriate. But if we don’t get what’s appropriate for the client, we have no problem trying the case and taking a verdict. We have no fear. Not every law firm can say that about themselves.
Most lawyers, when they see a substantial amount of money on the table, are calculating their fee. They are forcing clients to settle cases for less than they are worth. We just don’t do that. I’ll give you my advice, and I expect that after practicing for 41 years, most of my clients value that advice. But you’re going to run your case. We’re going to make sure you get the proper result because we have the team that does that.
