Matt Kittrell has been a lawyer for more than twenty years. During that time he has accumulated an impressive success rate fighting complex and challenging cases on behalf of individuals in need. Matt has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his personal injury clients, earning a stellar reputation as a trial lawyer. When he takes a case, his clients reap the benefits of his significant knowledge, experience, and intense personal investment. He is tenacious in investigating his client’s cases and creative in developing strategies carefully designed to protect them. 

Prior to joining The Sanders Law Firm at its Garden City and Brooklyn locations, Matt worked at one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms. His practice includes automobile accidents, 18 wheeler accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association and New York Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Alabama and Mississippi Bar Associations. 

Matt attended Mississippi State University as an undergraduate, earning Summa Cum Laude honors. He obtained his law degree from the University of Mississippi “Ole Miss” School of Law, was elected treasurer and senator of the law school, and clerked with the Attorney General’s office in the consumer protection division. 

Matt enjoys kayaking on the Hudson and hiking with his daughter, Parker. He is a big fan of the New York Yankees and minor league baseball.
