Our client was a very active 40-year old woman who worked as a banker. While crossing the street at 8:30 in the morning she was stuck by a car and suffered multiple injuries to her neck, back, shoulders, and knees. She underwent multiple surgeries and had a spinal cord stimulator implanted into her back to try to reduce the pain, to no avail.
The driver claimed she ran out into the street without looking. However, a trial team consisting of senior partner E.
