Mr. Lee was a 40-year old gentleman who was struck in the rear by the defendant’s car while he was stopped at a red light. Mr. Lee had previously injured his neck and back in prior accidents. As a result of this accident, Mr. Lee aggravated herniated discs in his neck and underwent cervical epidural injections to relieve the pain. At a mediation, Mr. Lee’s case settled for $150,000.
