My name is Esther Aronova, and I’m a founding partner of Aronova and Associates. My involvement with The Sanders Law Firm started 12 years ago. Right out of law school, I started my career at Baker Sanders Snow Flack LLP, where I brought many clients. In 2013, I became a partner at The Sanders Law Firm.
Our firm supports many charitable organizations that serve children and people with disabilities. We support labor unions, nonprofit organizations, and communities of color. We proudly represent injured New Yorkers from all walks of life.
I strongly believe that the work we do has an impact not just on one person, but on every individual we represent. We represent people who are in pain. We represent people who need financial support. We represent people who are unable to work. We represent people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
